At NEOM Wellbeing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you can return them to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in a box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
